At the National Combat Sports Federation, we specialize in promoting world-class training in the martial art of Kyokushin Karate. Our curriculum is modeled after that of our founder, Sosai Masutatsu Oyama, and is shared with all of our affiliates. Our team of experienced instructors is dedicated to ensuring that each student receives the best possible training, culminating in participation in Kyokushin competitions and gradation tests.

At National Combat Sports Federation, we are dedicated to the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Helio Gracie, created BJJ techniques that are still used today in the curriculum that we share with our members. BJJ comprises of a highly competitive community, but the art also focuses on developing students' confidence and self-defence. We organise BJJ competitions and gradation tests regularly for our affiliates.

At National Combat Sports Federation, our mission is to provide a comprehensive curriculum for all tatami and ring sports within the field of kickboxing. We organize professional and amateur tournaments, as well as upgradation courses and refereeing seminars for instructors. Our training camps, gradation tests, and certifications will ensure satisfactory development of students in the member academies as well as good business development for the academies themselves.

Shotokan Karate is one of the most popular forms of sport karate worldwide. In fact, when Karate made its debut in the Tokyo Olympics, Shotokan was one of the recognised styles to be included. Our Shotokan curriculum is based on the format prescribed by Japan Karate Association. However, keeping in view the evolving styles of martial arts, we have included in our curriculum a slightly more diverse style of fighting. This allows students who follow our prescribed curriculum to not only participate in traditional / sport karate tournaments, but also in kickboxing championships.

Teishutsu Karate, literally translated, is Submission Karate. It is still a relatively little know modern evolution of karate where not only full contact striking is taught, but also close quarter grappling, takedown and submission techniques. It is a holistic combat system that is designed to teach a student how to deal with any situation, grappling, striking or both. Needless to say it is a much more effective self defence system than either grappling or Karate alone. Due to its striking capability, fighting off multiple opponents is taught to the practitioners. Due to its deep emphasis on grappling techniques, practitioners are taught effective takedowns, clinch and ground fighting as well.

Yoga and martial arts are two practices that complement each other perfectly. The breathing techniques and exercises taught in yoga can greatly enhance one's performance in martial arts. By incorporating yoga into your martial arts routine, you can improve your flexibility, balance, and overall physical and mental well-being.

This section has been deliberately kept empty in anticipation of what is to come. It is symbolic of the fact that martial arts is a continuously evolving field, where no one style can claim to be the 'ONLY' or the 'BEST'...... In Bruce Lee's own words:
